Not bad but not great! Cuticles were not soaked when doing cuticle work which was a first for me. Also really quite rough which she was cutting them which hurt and caused me to bleed. Looked fine in the salon but on closer inspection the 4 (yes really) coats of colour does look bumpy and thick. Would not return.

This was the best waxing experience I've had so far. Good location, nice ambience in the salon where you wait upstairs, a lovely therapist who knew exactly what she was doing and was also very friendly. The only thing that wasn't quite perfect was the size of the treatment room, it felt a little like being in a cave (cocoon?)! and the door is right at the end of the bed which is a bit disconcerting when the therapist comes back in and you're already lying on the bed half-naked, hoping that no-one happens to be walking past in the corridor! Apart from this, a very good experience.
