The eyelashes were not taken off properly and I was left with varying lengths. However, my first treatment was okay. I would not go back for infills here especially for the price

My only little issue was I wish it was clearer that this is not a proper manicure with gel nail polish, but rather some dry file and polish and cuticle work. I could not find this written anywhere on the site. I really booked as I needed a manicure first and foremost, but there was no option to book a full manicure with added gel nail application. I booked this treatment as £35 I felt is above the normal market price for gel nail application (I did receive an off-peak discount), so I presumed this included a good manicure too but I was told this was an additional £20 when I got there! I'd advise ensuring this is very clear so people are not left disappointed. Other than that I always enjoy and recommend Muse and my manicurist was lovely and the end result of the actual gel application was perfect. I gave my manicurist 5 stars for this.
