I had a great overall experience, however I was surprised that my gel pedicure was just the application, and not the full foot soak, etc. I purchased the gel mani and pedi together, so it would have been helpful to have made it clear in the description that it was an "express" treatment.

I have been to this venue several times and booked through treatwell and been really please but my last appointment was really bad. The girl that waxed me seemed in a hurry, a Hollywood wax took 10 minutes to do, kept not leaving the hot wax enough time to dry and would try pulling it before it was ready several time, I was left sore and bruised for a few days. I have been waxing for 10 years and that has never happened before.
