The cleanliness wasn't what I expected. The towel I was given to cover myself wasn't clean and had stains and wax on it from previous treatments. I would expect a clean towel every time for basic hygiene standards. Also, the wax was a bit too hot. I have sensitive skin and was left with burnt skin for a couple of days afterwards. Not a good look.
