The member of staff who did my treatment was lovely and gave lots of information on how to look after my lashes and maintain them for as long as possible. I think it's important to mention that I did not receive the full time I paid for and this is something staff should be conscious of and communicate the reason why the full time is not needed, if that is the case. However, I was pleased with the overall look of my lashes and felt I had received a good service for the price I paid and so did not raise this and would still re-visit to have infills.
