Really lovely staff both on reception, and the lady giving my treatment. She was very friendly and put me at ease. She was also very efficient and had great attention to detail! This was probably the least painful bikini wax I've had, and she succeeded in giving me a straight Brazilian strip, unlike some other places I've visited! The only minor issue was that the room was very small and hot, but as I wasn't there to relax I didn't mind so much. A fan would have been appreciated though!

I am always doing my nails at Muse and it is always a pleasure: staff is nice, this is clean, quite and relaxing and done perfectly. definitely recommend it
