It was my first time at the salon and I was very happy with my experience. I was having an eyebrow wax and tint and eyelash tint. I liked the venue, I was directed to a waiting area with free wifi where I could help myself to a beverage and appreciated being taken into a separate, private room downstairs from the hair salon as it's much more comfortable and relaxing for eyebrow/eyelash treatments.
I would usually have my eyebrows threaded but the lady was very lovely when explaining they did not offer threading but in fact the waxing would be quicker and less painful (she was right). I was super happy with the shape and how the colour turned out on both my eyelashes and my eyebrows. I will definitely be coming back to have this treatment done again. Service at the till when paying for the treatment could've been better (the gentleman seemed a bit uninterested) but overall super happy!

I had my eyelashes shaped and tinted with Lash extension applied, very impressed how they turned out. The beauty therapist Holly was lovely and very welcoming. I would definitely return.
