Therapist was very nice and chatty - treatment was very good and they had a wide range of colours (although I brought my own). The only 2 suggestions would be more time removing skin and not have the 2 feet basins so close to each other as I was sat next to another lady (as in on the same bench) receiving a treatment which of we slightly uncomfortable for me.
