My first visit here was brilliant, lovely member of staff, great service, friendly with a smile. This time when I came I was 10 minutes late, and despite calling the venue to say I was on my way (and them saying it was fine!!) once entering the venue I had a very abrupt member of staff tell me I was very late, before taking me downstairs and then proceeding to tell me she could only remove my gel nails and not put them back on. Luckily she moved her client to 10 minutes later as the venue said it was ok, and she did actually do a great job. Just not a good first impression!!! Undecided if I'll return or try elsewhere.

The treat well booking system isn't lined up with their usual one, so I had to wait 30 mins for my appointment. It was rather busy and loud. Wax was fine, the staff were all very nice.

Great paint and file, lovely colours to choose from and my nails lasted a week and a half! Overall I'd definitely recommend going here, I was so happy with the results.
