There wasn't anything "deluxe" about this. The manicure was fine but not great. The water for the pedicure had been sitting in the bowl for who knows how long. It was very uncomfortable getting the pedicure as the set up of the nail technician and the chair wasn't convenient. I found myself a bit sprawled out. Some staff was friendly and some weren't.
