The therapist was really lovely and did a great job on both the manicure and pedicure. However, the venue wasn't great. It was seriously cold and looked nothing like the pictures. I could see in the wax room where there were rusty trolleys and there were boxes of supplies everywhere. When I arrived at the salon the girls were all doing their hair (in the hairdressing part - not the therapist) and not really interested in a customer arriving. Everyone was dressed untidily and there was no overall ambience, however the quality of the manicure and the therapists work was very good.

Very efficient and quick job! But I'm quite new to waxing and would have preferred if she has asked how much I wanted taking off as I was hoping she would have followed the line the last place have taken (who has asked and left more on). I know to mention it in advance now though.

Staff are super friendly, best wax I've had, my therapist was quick and somehow made it painless. Will definitely return!

I had the Hollywood wax. She was very thorough and definitely worth the price. The only problem was she was running 15 minutes late, there was no apology and the room is very small. I would definitely return though!
