The salon when you walk in looks very nice and the staff are very friendly however when I was taken down to the beauty part of the salon, I was put into a room that barely fit 2 people! When laying down, it is unavoidable that people outside in the beauty salon could see you when opening and closing the door as it's such a small room placed in an awkward position, this was uncomfortable as you are facing right at them! The lady doing the wax was really kind but the wax wasn't very thorough, not very good quality wax and strips which made it more painful - I'm glad I purchased the wax on offer as I would definitely not have paid full price for the treatment.
