Great central location, very friendly and helpful lady on reception when I arrived. Had to wait 15 minutes as they were running late. Treatment overall was good, although the room itself wasn't all that relaxing...quite small and could hear lots of chatting outside. That said, it was very good value for money and I'm hoping to see an improvement to my skin

I come and get a wax at Muse every month and I am usually very happy with the service I receive. Usually I have Ana-Marie, and I could not rate her more highly, this time I had someone different.
Firstly I was kept waiting for 10-15 minutes after my appointment time and when the beautician came to take me through there was no apology for the delay or even an acknowledgement that I had been kept waiting. A "thanks for waiting", or a "sorry to have kept you" and I would not have been bothered, but I was on my lunch break and that time is precious!!
I was perhaps in the room for a maximum of 10 minutes, including the time taken for me to get dressed and undressed, whilst she did the wax (I'm no expert but I can't imagine this is enough time to good and thorough job?!). I felt she was very sloppy and haphazard with her application of the wax (particularly considering it is such a delicate and intimate area being dealt with!!!), and just slapped it on with very little care, like she had better things to be doing. Having inspected her job when I got home, there are full patches that have been missed and I may have well just shaved with the stubble I have coming through 4 days later... so overall very disappointed.
Will continue to visit Muse as on the whole I have had mainly good experiences, however, I will be sure to stick to Ana-Marie in future to avoid the disappointment of a very shoddy wax. Just wish I could remember her name to warn others!
