I booked an appointment for 6:30pm, but I wasn't seen until about 6:50pm, and wasn't given any colour options to look at while I was waiting. The beautician filed my nails very very short, which I didn't ask for. She also had to re-do my nails as the UV light hadn't cured them properly the first time, so in total I was in the salon for a whole hour. She was very friendly but the overall experience wasn't great. I wouldn't go back. Treatwell was great however - being able to get a last minute appointment and pay in advance was fantastic.
