it was rather unsanitary! While I was having my gel nail painted, another customer sat down. And the lady who is doing the other lady's nail asked for the instruments that scrape off your gel and cut your cuticle, which she then soaked it in the pedicure bath and just used it on her without sterlising them! OMG, I was so speechless! when I got home I ran straight to bath to wash my feet in hot soap water. But, other then that, they are the most friendly and sweet staff!

Not a good wax really and the room was really grubby. The therapist was also very brash and a little rude at times.
It wasn't a great experience all round.
