Lovely staff, and good atmosphere. Maybe I'm a perfectionist, but the manicure wasn't done as well, and there are already signs of chipping (after a couple of days) and I'm a little afraid of doing anything with my hands before taking off on holiday.

Positives: I liked the girl who did my nails, she was really nice. The other staff seemed friendly enough too although I didn't have much interaction with them. The selection of gel colors was really good and the girl helped me picked one out because I couldn't decide.
Negatives: I think she may have been a bit too rough, which at first I thought may be a good thing and that she was just being thorough but the skin around my cuticles is inflamed and some of my cuticles are pushed too far back that they are not fully attached to my nail anymore. I think I would have given this place 4 stars if not for the inflammation after. I think the appointment info mentioned that this manicure didn't include soaking the nails, although I don't think pushing cuticles back when they're completely dry is a good idea.
