I'm only just leaving this review now, about 9 months after my Brazilian wax because I only now fully appreciate how good it was! I have just been to a local salon for a brazilian since I don't live that locally to Muse of London, and oh my god what a mistake. It was honestly like torture, and I now more than ever want to recommend THIS salon for a brazilian! Now I know how traumatic they can be, please do yourself a favour and go here. The wonderful girl who waxed me (I think her name was Holly) was so sweet and gave me warnings when I needed to breathe out on a particularly painful part. The alternative to this is having no warning and therefore jumping a foot in the air and being shouted at to keep still. None of that at Muse! The wax was perfect, and I wasn't embarrassed or in that much pain at any point. Anyway, I will see you soon muse for my next wax, because I now believe you to be angels. Thank you!

Appointment was bang on time which was great. Treatment was done downstairs i was the only person there which was great so was nice and quiet. the beautician was great, really friendly and made it a nice experience.
