Upstairs salon looked amaze but was surprised to see the downstairs beauty subpar to comparison. My gel mani was rushed, so much that I skipped out on the pedi.

The technician was quite rude and short with me at first, and she ended up painting my nails the wrong colour (although it was fine, I liked the end result anyway). That said, she did a very quick and efficient gel manicure which was ideal as I was on a lunch break. They look quite nice and I'm willing to give them another try.

So overall the wax was okay but it felt very rushed and the wax was going everywhere as she was doing it so quick. It felt more like a chore than a proper job which was a shame because she was lovely
