The salon was clean, I was offered tea / coffee upon arrival. The staff seemed nice, but it was the roughest pedicure I have ever had. I booked in for a gel pedicure and removal. I had shellac on my nails which was filed off with a nail file instead of being soaked off. The reason I was given was that my toenails are stronger than my fingernails and we're just going to repaint them. The pedicure itself was a bit rough. My cuticles were pushed back and cut. My nails were filed down. I didn't realise until I had left the salon that they weren't filed evenly. I did ask for them to cut my nails, but was told that she wasn't trained to do that. I had OPI Gel reapplied which was done in a rush and basically in the dark as there was no decent light - which meant the polish was not done properly.
Overall it just felt a bit rushed and I don't think I would go back again.

Staff were not very friendly, didn't even say hello to me. Overall a cool salon but an unusual wax (I booked and paid for a hot wax, but the beautician wanted to do strip wax, so I had a mixture). Staff could definitely do with some customer service training. Would not return here.
