Very disappointed with my experience here. Firstly this treatment is falsely advertised as a pedicure when all I got was my toes painted! I saw they had a proper pedicure chair but I was just sat in a normal chair in front of a desk and asked to put my feet in her lap. Secondly, the attitude of the woman who painted my toes was disgusting- loudly sighing when I said it was a pedicure I'd booked not finger nails painted as she first tried to do and then the whole time she spoke to a friend in another language and never spoke to me apart from to tell me to "be careful when I move my foot next time as I had smudged the nail varnish and she'd had to do it again" she rushed the whole thing and completed it in 10 minutes when I'd paid for a 30 minute appointment. I've never experienced such treatment before through treatwell and as a clinic owner myself I am quite shocked and upset.

I had a gen nail manicure the other day, they have a large selections of colours which is great. However the whole appointment was more rushed than relaxing. I was done and dusted in 30mins! My nails look good but the lady who serve me was a little sloppy, no particular care given, she didn't work on my cuticles just applied the manicure (although she did slice my finger!). I've been doing my nails for years and the only reason I didn't go to my usual manicurist is because she was on hols for some time.
Overall, good selection of colours but it's a rushed, sloppy and overpriced service.
