Great, as always. New staff member can be daunting with beauty when you've had the same person for a while, but very friendly and professional, and lashes look as good as always!

Waiting 25mins to be taken first of all, then sat while my hairdresser discussed my hair with the others. The very reason i booked here was because you deal with & put in extensions so I thought it woukd be the best place but in fact the stylists dont havd any experience with them, my hair was barely washed for fear they would fall out! And I asked for a curly blowdry, my hair was straight within an hour of leaving! My stylist was so nice & i could tell a great stylist, but wouldnt recommend you go if you have extensions.
