The waxing is done in a tiny cramped closet sized room, which only just fit the table in. No ambience at all, you could hear everything from the other rooms which happened to be noisy children during my visit. Not anywhere near a relaxing experience. The waxing not finished to a high standard at all and I was not made to feel comfortable, in fact after the first strip when I flinched she told me that if I move again the wax could take my skin off! She didn't even get all the hairs, and did no touching up or checking her work at the end. Highly unrecommended and very disappointed.
