Friendly staff but a very unsatisfactory wax - unfortunately the hairs were not fully removed but just broken off, so that I had detectable stubble the very next day. If I had not been on holiday by then I would have come back and complained. I don't know if my bf beautician was just having a bad day or there was a problem with the wax but it wasn't cheap and I'm afraid I can't recommend this place.
