Poor manicure and not enough varnish coats as the polish started to chip only after a few days so a thin layer was applied overall which didn't help.

Room was very small and quite grubby. Temperature of the wax was very hot and uncomfortable, I have a very small burn. Beautician was very friendly though and tried to rectify the issue.
