The treatment itself was overall good and the staff were really lovely. There was a lot that could have been done to make it a more relaxing experience though - for example the radio was left on playing charts music, bright lights and in a tiny room meant there wasn't much atmosphere. The experience would have been made a lot better by lighting some candles, putting some relaxing music on etc. However, the treatment itself was decent, and the staff were very nice!

Holly always delivers a great finish product. The only flaw I can find is that they keep changing the glue, which affects how long my lashes last. A more “stingy” glue makes my lashes last a lot longer. But overall I’m happy with how my lashes look when I leave the salon
