The lady was friendly and quick (which is always good when it comes to waxes!!) However, there was some hair left that wasn`t removed.

The uncleanliness in the waxing room was disgusting. A dirty towel on the bed, dirty floor which I had to stand on and the tweezers didn't look sterilised. The staff were lovely but it was a horrible place for me to be and them to work.
