Ambience was good and staff friendly enough - there was willingness to reschedule the appointment for 15 min later than the initial time; had to wait a couple of minutes when I got there. Pedicure as expected, opi nail polish takes a long time to dry but staff made me aware of this.

Very quick, which was great but little in the way of customer service skills. Felt like I was being "processed." Also, inconsistent customer service. The lady I was booked with the previous time was much more attentive.
