Felt super rushed this time. Removal not left on long enough - so ended up scraping and filing my nails down really low. Impatient when trying to chose colours - given the colour selection thing when removal was applied - can;t exactly look at the colours when the foil is on my fingertips!

My therapist didn't seem to understand what she was doing, and the treatment hasn't worked at all. I had also booked for a 15 min slot, and was in there for less than five minutes

The salon was clean, and beauty therapist was very friendly. Unfortunately I did suffer from a small scratch whilst undergoing the treatment and felt that they could have done more to acknowledge the error. I also felt that the final result was not in line with the "natural" look that I'd stressed I wanted.
