Friendly staff and happy with the wax. The room was very small though - borderline claustrophobic as it was pretty much the size of the bed and had no windows.

Booked for a balayage with roots, my hair dresser was nice, but the whole experience was very painful. she teased my hair whilst putting in the balayage, and then palmed me off to a less experienced staff member who washed my hair, then the girl said ok you're all done, This would of been fine as I can dry my own hair, but no effort was put into combing my hair, so I was left with a knotty, teased, wet hair which I think is awful service. They did however brush it out after I requested it but I shouldn't of had to ask.
I don't like the colour i was left with and my hair felt so dry and brittle after leaving which never happens at other salons. Very disappointing after saving to get my hair fixed up, only to leave feeling like I wasted £95.
Definitely will not be back.
