Very disappointed with my experience! The beauty staff were not welcoming or helpful. They were rude and seemed moody as if you being there was an inconvenience. I felt like I was the last person from a long day. Despite never having LvL lashes before my therapist didn’t guide me through how to prepare for the treatment or what was going to happen during and how it works. Would be nice when you are having chemicals near your eyes to know how it’s going to play out. Felt like I had to ask lots of questions. The actual lash result was good but due to the way I was treated I wouldn’t come back again.
