I came in for a balayage with a lady called Sara. I came to this salon only from a recommendation of a friend. I fell in love with her hair so I booked myself in the next day.
I had shown the lady exactly what I wanted and she said that’s fine she can do it.
They were understaffed on that day as they had told us and had only 2 people in doing different peoples hair together whilst leaving ones hair colour and going back to another to do it.
Whilst I had done my bleach done and washed off, I now had my toner in now and once it was washed off before I could see it the lady (Sara) already told me it’s not how I want it but for me to go dry it and see what I think and if I’m not happy with the colour she will change it to exactly how I want it as I had show in the picture.
As I was drying my hair she went back to the other lady which she started on already as she was doing bits of my hair. So I dried my hair within 5m and I told her I’m not happy with it as I paid a lot of money to do this colour and it’s not even near to what I wanted. She then goes she can’t fix it although she had told me earlier (5m ago) she can. I was quite annoyed because only 5m ago she said she will fix it by changing it to a different toner to make it the right colour. Instead she told me my hair is too dark, she would need to re bleach it. It won’t come out the way I wanted, although my friend who had got it done there only 2 days ago managed to get it as light as possible and she literally had the same hair colour as me. I explained that but instead I kept hearing excuses saying maybe her hair is different etc. So she ended it by saying if I want it any lighter I’d have to pay for the service again to get this colour. I’m so unhappy with what I ended up with as I paid a lot of money and then having getting told I’d have to pay for their service to get this colour as they will need to re bleached. They had clearly rushed it and wasn’t bothered as they were understaffed and didn’t do the job properly to get customers out fast. So so unhappy with this.

Although the member of staff was lovely, the wax was the worst I have ever had; the most painful, not great results.
