My nails chipped after 4 days, therapist is quite unfriendly, I think for the location/amount you pay the person should be more attentive/chatty/ more customer friendly.

Feet weren’t scrubbed as well as anywhere else i’ve ever been. Cuticles weren’t done. Toes smudged and tips of fingernails weren’t done properly and look more pale than rest of the nail. Was taken 15mins late and was sat next to a member of staff having her lunch in the chair next to me.
