The venue is really conveniently located and I took up an offer on Hollywood waxing which was really good value for money. The staff didn't really speak a word throughout the treatment though which was a little awkward but otherwise, would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately I'm very unhappy with the colour. I went in for a refresh: highlights or balayage, but it was suggested that I have a toner. I asked for dark blonde and my hair came out very dark brown. I've since spent a lot of money and time trying to remove the toner and I'm currently very unhappy about the unhealthy state of my weirdly-coloured hair :( I think it was a miscommunication, but I'd still like a refund if possible.
