I have been to Muse quite a few times for a gel manicure and this has been the best time yet. Elena done such a great job and I’m really happy with my nails. She really took her time and was really patient with the colours, even trying out different colours which not many people do. At the end, I received a lovely hand massage too. I will only book with her now ;)

I came in before a date so I was looking and feeling my best. Disaster.
Had a good chat with the hairdresser and she recommended a style that sounded nice. Then she put the colour on. When it was being washed off I could tell something was going on as there was lots of whispering between the staff.
Another hairdresser then came to do the cut and asked again what I wanted - it was the vision of the first girl so it was hard for me to explain so I was a bit annoyed at this point.
Then they took the towel off and my roots were ORANGE! (I have dark brown hair).
They offered to correct it but were hesitant saying I’d have to wait around - but it was their mistake and not mine and I’m going on holiday next week so have no time, not to mention this date.
So they corrected it eventually but the cut is not what I agreed on, I have dye all over my face and neck and I am two hours late for my date.
Never again.
