Good visit as usual. Always seems a shame that they don't do threading as well as waxing, as I can't have my brows waxed due to sensitive skin. Good treatments though, and friendly therapist who listened to what I wanted and delivered a good result.

The wax itself was great, really thorough, quick and as little pain as possible. The room it's completed in was a bit small and confined/warm which felt cramped and didn't have a window to open and wasn't 100% clean. I can't fault the wax though and would return.
