I booked a last minute appointment for a wax here, treatment was good and staff overall were pretty friendly. The treatment room itself was quite small and not overly clean, that would be my only criticism. A pretty happy customer overall.

I have been going to Muse for years ad the results have ranged from absolutely amazing to only just about alright. Sadly I never seem to have the same technician twice as staff change so often, so there is no consistency. This time my hairdresser was no doubt knowledgable and highly skilled but I didn’t enjoy the experience. I was hoping for inspiration and advice but all she did was a very short question what i wanted. The end result was technically good but bland. It’s very expensive, even on special offer and I want a little bit of pampering and thrill at the end when my hair looks amazing and all I got was being squeezed into a tight corner and a cut and colour that sort of alright but lacks excitement. It’s hard to criticise as nothing is wrong... but I’m disappointed nonetheless.
