Lovely nails, friendly technician with attention to detail - will likely return. A minor point, but the welcome could have been a bit more slick & friendly - the people at the desk looked at me a bit blankly and, once they found my appointment were efficient but not particularly warm about pointing me to be chair, and left me to work out where to put my coat (other end of the room). Didn’t massively detract from my experience but it’s just an easy thing to get right and ensure a new customer easily settles in and feels positive about coming to your salon rather than somewhere else.
