I was overcharged. I should have paid way less. The salon is so dirty and it shows. Customer service wasn't great at all. Wasn't even offered water but there was a tea area which wasn't told that we could help ourselves but all staff members were fine to get their own things. I want the difference of my overcharged service back. Only + thing was Roland. He was quite nice. But overall the service was bad and I asked for brown and my hair is now jet black. Will not be going back nor recommending.

My visit was lovely. The staff member was very nice, friendly and professional. My manicure was done perfectly! very pasked with the result. would definitely recommend.
