Carmela was amazing!! Quick but thorough and very friendly, made me feel comfortable and relaxed during Hollywood wax. Eyebrow shape is brilliant and the tints are lovely! She took the time to ask what I wanted and gave me exactly that.

It was good, although there were some really loud staff members gossiping very loudly that wasn’t great to listen too. A few of the lashes fell out in the first week which wasn’t great
