I was well welcomed and offered a drink.. My appointment has been rescheduled from 4pm to 6pm, I was fine with it booking issues can happen, but I also had to wait about 20mn to start at 6.20. I didn't check time but realised after leaving the salon it was 7pm so I haven't had at all a 60mn session! More a 40mn one. I didnt like I was reproached to be coming with makeup (which I found normal on a Saturday afternoon, the beautician usually takes it off as part of the care). She removed it anyway but complaining it was waisting time.. Lastly I found the microdermabrasion was rushed and didn't see any effect. But objectively I don't think i liked it anyway as it's quite harsh on the skin. Like something is scratching your skin so it's quite unpleasant.

The therapist was very nice and extremely quick but the lashes looked bad after one week. Good if you only need your lashes for one occasion and are short on time
