I booked the nail service lastminute as my meeting finished a lot earlier than expected. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The nail service is attached to a salon basement. Quite good and spacious esp. I went there during off peak. I booked a full gel manicure with removal. The service description online is including soaking hands into water and cuticles. The technician started it off with shape and filing and then want to paint the gel on. I reminded her that I booked the full manicure service. She said no even I showed my treatwell app. Luckily the receptionist re-confirmed my service details with her. But she wasn’t really happy at all. I didn’t feel comfortable after all. My hands were never soaked into the water before cutting off the cuticles unlike other nail shops I had been. I didn’t want to raise the issue and just hope get the nails done and finished. Maybe I went there at the wrong time.
