Hair looks good but they cut off much more than I asked for. Burnt off most of my eyebrow skin during waxing and put it down to my ‘dry skin’ which I don’t really think I have/ have never had an issue with before. But the staff are very friendly and did give me some free Prosecco and products to apologise. Just not my day maybe!
