Treatment started 20 minutes late despite people sitting around doing nothing. Staff very rude but agreed a discount. When I came to pay the manager refused to give me the discount because I had booked via Treatwell. I have not and will not return. Very poor service for what is the highest end price.

The team were super busy (it was a lunch time) but we’re bang on time and really friendly. Such a great service and would highly recommend!

I went for balayage treatment , the stylist was extremely rude to me since the start of the treatment whereas all the other stylists were extremely sensitive and friendly to their guests. She had to consult senior stylist about everything , didn’t look confident that she knows her job well rather she looked frustrated that’s probably why it messed up my hair . My hair feels extreme dry and there is lot of breakage as she applied the bleach on my hair and disappeared. The bleach stayed in my hair for much longer than it should have stayed. Salon visit is not just about hair but the overall experience of how everything is being dealt with by the stylist as well as feel good factor after that . In this case I didn’t get either , quite disappointed with the treatment. Won’t go back again
