Usual lady I have was unavailable so had someone else. Still patches of hair left after my wax, even though I asked her to go over the area after we left the room. Lady said that she had to use strip wax for most of it as it's better for shorter hair - I paid for hot wax. But after we left the room the next beautician complained there was no hot wax left. I can only assume this was the real reason she switched to strip. Disappointing because I go there quite often and the service is usually better.
