Really upset. Woke up this morning and at least 50% (if not more) of my extensions have fallen out. Please can someone get in touch about this, I’m happy to send pictures but it’s really disappointing as I’ve had them done for an event and they’re meant to last more than 12 hours!

Went there two weeks ago and was so happy with my manicure. This time the lady filed into my skin even though I said numerous of times that it was hurting me. Would go back as convenient location and they have good colours, but it really depends on who is doing your nails
