I had three treatments booked here but only ended up having two done as the wax lady thought I didn’t have the third one booked due to an error or something on their system. It was only looked into and confirmed when I finished my two treatments and went upstairs to pay I spoke to the receptionists about it. This is very annoying and disappointing as I didn’t get my full treatment which I came specifically for.
The underarm wax treatment wasn’t very good as it left my right underarm very saw and bruised! Don’t think I’ll be doing that again there. I was in pain the whole evening after the wax and it still remains very saw with a bruising/burn mark on my underarm.
I found this salons beauty treatments very affordable for west end and it wasn’t to far from where I work that’s why I booked it but It didn’t really go how I expected and the mistake made where I was left with an unfinished treatment was not good and for that I’m reluctant to return.

Very informative, professional and experienced beautician.
Ana-Maria was very welcoming and she did a great job at the hot wax treatment I booked.
She took less than 30mins for a hollywood hot wax and once using this method of waxing I don’t think I’d go back to other methods.
I’d highly recommend this salon, greeted with friendly staff upon arrival and friendly staff doing the treatments too.
Def returning here again!

Ellie, was great! Very professional and simply an amazing cut that I wanted. She had as guidance only a picture from my side and back not much from the front and she did it perfectly. Will definitely go again! Thanks, Ellie!
