Really sadly the worst wax I have had here. First time though. I don't think the beautician was on the ball as she missed half my hair and put talc on at the end of the wax then pointed me to the lotion... I was covered in sticky wax and talc, couldnt see stray hairs and had to baby wipe myself clean before I could leave. Very disappointed
