To comment on my particular treatment, I had a therapist called Carmela - she was friendly, polite and did a great job on my nails and feet. However, I found the atmosphere toxic. A few of the other therapists rolled their eyes at each other, were openly rude about customers and this created tension and was not nice to sit through.
