I just had a lovely deluxe pedicure at Beauty at Muse of London. My therapist, (Nisa I think?!) was fantastic. Very professional, nice conversation and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Definitely appreciated my glass of Prosecco too! I felt very pampered. Highly recommend!

The staff is nice, but the lady who did my eyebrows really had no idea what she was doing.
She was really struggling to get the eyelash tint off and then half of it went into my eye and it really burned.
However, the worst thing was actually my eyebrows. I had a massive black border all around my eyebrows and I ask her several tines to remove it as I had to go to work afterwards. (which I mentioned to her before we even started) She explained to me that it would always look like that which is not true.
No one looks like a clown after a proper eyebrow treatment!
I also had to wax my eyebrows again afterwards, because it wasn't done properly. Such a waste of money. I almost refused to pay.
