3 stars for the overall experience. It wasn’t bad but not even great! The room is quite claustrophobic, very small and with no windows so there’s no ventilation.
The wax was quite hot but I was reassured by the technician that the temperature was fine and that I had sensitive skin (which is the first time that this happens to me) therefore I just suffered a bit extra!
The wax was done well and the lady had a final check at the end, therefore no hairs where left around.
It wasn’t the best of my experiences but I can’t say it was very poor either, so I would say it was passable but not sure I would go back again.
